NURS 7940 - Doctor of Nursing Practice I

Hours: 3
The integration of nursing theory and knowledge with student interest into a clinical project that centers on transforming nursing at the micro, macro, or systems level. Focus is on the development of a proposal for communicating the project to a committee of experts for approval, and for submission for institutional approval for protecting potential human subjects, as needed.
Prerequisites: successful completion of DNP core and specialty courses.
