INST 2420 - The Science of Personal and Public Protection

Hours: 3
The science behind workplace safety, public health, and environmental conditions in built environments are the focus of this class. Students will be provided with an introduction of blending scientific inquiry with skills, applications, and objectives of workplace and public health and safety practices and environmental regulations. Professional practices, historical context, and fundamental scientific concepts are presented.
