MBA 6350 - Management of Services

This course looks at service management – the study of how marketing and operations come together through technology and people to plan, create, and deliver products/services to customers. Course objectives include: (1) to approach and design service management from a systems perspective, (2) to recognize and understand the characteristics of service delivery processes, and (3) to learn how to apply the procedures of demand analysis, set standards of performance measurements, and determine capacity levels.
