MILS 211 - INDIVIDUAL LEADERSHIP STUDIES

This course is a survey of U.S. Military history from the end of World War I to the present. It defines national security, outlines the current U.S. national security structure, and emphasizes the impact of World War II on the development of national security policies and the establishment of today’s world order. Other topics include an overview of military leadership and the principles of leadership. Two hours and a required leadership lab per week plus optional participation in a one-hour session for physical fitness.
