MUSC 3061 - Special Topics in Jazz

Topics might include surveys of small group jazz composers since 1945, combo arranging, jazz composition, jazz pedagogy, and vocal jazz improvisation. Any topic that appeals both to the enrolled students and the instructor is open for examination.
Prerequisites: MUSC 3060 with a grade of C or better.
