This course provides information that will introduce individuals to the self-management skills necessary to adopt and maintain a healthy lifestyle. This program stresses individual responsibility for achieving optimal well-being and emphasizes preventive health practices that reduces the risk factors associated with disease. An early coverage of planning will begin to ensure that students can apply the concepts immediately.
