ART 3700 - Wheel-Thrown Ceramics

Introduction to the use of the potter’s wheel. Basic through intermediate wheel throwing techniques are addressed through the creation of a variety of ceramic forms. Various glazing, decorating and firing processes, including high-fire, are also explored.
Prerequisites: ART 1150 and 2700 or permission of instructor.
